DIFFERENCES BETWEEN TEACHING STRATEGY,METHOD AND TECHNIQUES

                                                   TEACHING STRATEGY

This is a method used to deliver information in the classroom, online or in some other medium.it is a method or plan of achieving a particular task or goal.

                                                    TEACHING METHOD
This is a principle or a systematic way of achieving a particular goal.it can also be defined as a principle used by the teachers to teach the students and it must be in relation with the subject matter and characteristics of the learners.it is best appreciated when it looks into the nature of the learner and what effects the instructor wants the subject matter to bring out from the learners.

                                                   TEACHING TECHNIQUES

This is  a method or organizing classroom activities that makes student to succeed.it breaks classes into group and breaks assignment into pieces that the group assemble to complete.

HOW JIGSAW(TECHNIQUES) IS APPLIED IN TEACHING AND LEARNING
www.unn.edu.ng
The teacher prepares the task that he or she wants the students to learn, for example DEMAND AND SUPPLY. He/she will divide the students into groups and each individual in a group must be given a specific task to treat. After that, the teacher will now separate the group(home group) to another group called (expert group) where they will solve the task that is given to them by the teacher. When they might have finished solving the problem in the expert group, each student will now return to their home group. And then the first number in each home group will now teach a particular task that is given to him/her and by doing that, everybody in the class is learning and taking note.
